About Fabled Reality Fabled Reality is a print-on-demand and pre-order fashion brand. All products are made to order specifically for each customer. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to our pre-order and production process as outlined in our Pre-Order Information page.

Ordering By placing an order with Fabled Reality you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • The information you provided is accurate and complete
  • You have read and understood our Pre-Order Information, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy
  • You understand that all products are made to order and production begins after your order is confirmed

Pre-Order Agreement All orders placed on Fabled Reality are pre-orders. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Production begins within 3-5 business days of your order being confirmed. By completing your purchase you agree to the estimated production and delivery timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Fabled Reality reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for your order.

Payment We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Fabled Reality does not store your full payment details.

Intellectual Property All designs, images, logos, and content on fabledreality.com are the property of Fabled Reality. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Fabled Reality is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Accuracy of Information We do our best to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate. However slight variations in color and print may occur due to the nature of the print on demand process. These variations do not qualify as defects.

Changes To These Terms Fabled Reality reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
