Understanding Your Pre-Order
At Fabled Reality, every product is made specifically for you. When you place an order with us, you are placing a pre-order. This means your item goes into production after your order is confirmed. We do not hold ready-made inventory, every piece is crafted on demand to ensure the highest quality and most unique designs possible.
What Happens After You Order?
- You place your order and payment is confirmed
- Your order enters our production queue within 3-5 business days
- Your item is produced and quality checked, this takes approximately 5-10 business days
- Your order is shipped and you receive a tracking number via email
- Your order arrives at your door
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- United States: 12-20 business days from order date
- International: 15-30 business days from order date
These are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping carrier delays. We will always communicate any significant delays directly to you.
Cancellations Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your item enters production and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@fabledreality.com if you need to cancel.
