Free Shipping Fabled Reality offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.
Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to enter production after payment is confirmed. Production takes an additional 5-10 business days depending on the product type.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days
Please note that total order time includes both production and shipping time. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 12-30 business days depending on your location.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays Fabled Reality is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control. We will always do our best to communicate any significant delays to you directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us within 7 days at support@fabledreality.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
